Our Policies:
SHIPPING: Most in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Out of stock items require a $5.00 deposit due at the time the order is placed. The balance will be charged the day of shipping. The purchaser will be notified via email on the status and estimated shipping date of their order.

DAMAGE or DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE CLAIMS: All our items are carefully inspected prior to packing. Report any damaged or defective items within 7 days of receipt to 1-888-262-3884 or 973-347-9220.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt on unopened and unworn merchandise only. All pre-packaged items must be returned in original packaging. Please call our office at 1-888-262-3884 or 973-347-9220 for a return authorization number. Any return item received without the return authorization number on the package will be refused and returned to the sender.
No returns or exchanges can be made on clearance or discontinued items.
IMPORTANT: For your protection and due to Federal health regulations, unless there is a manufacturer's defect or we made an error in your order, we cannot accept returns on intimate apparel including: panties, thongs, g-strings, hot pants, hosiery, shorts of any kind, bras, swimsuits, body stockings, stockings, pantyhose, teddies, costumes, body jewelry, underwear or sets containing any of these items. Returns or exchanges can be made on these items only if the item has been unopened.
